People gathered outside a church building

Helping churches get found. By people. By Google. By AI.

Church profiles built for people, search engines, and AI agents.

ChurchStation is a global church directory built to make faithful churches easier to understand before someone visits, and easier to recommend when people search with Google, maps, or AI assistants.

Why this directory exists

Our aim is simple: give someone the best chance of finding the right church on the first visit.

As missionaries in a foreign country, we saw how difficult it could be for people to know which churches were healthy before they visited. Some people found good churches only after years of difficult experiences. Others stepped away from church for a long time because of what they had seen.

We know there are many faithful churches. The problem is that people often cannot find them. Good churches may not be listed in one place, may not have a website, or may have public information that is incomplete or out of date.

A directory cannot choose a church for someone. It can make the important information easier to see before they go.

What people should be able to know

ChurchStation is for people moving to a new city, returning to church, taking a first serious step of faith, raising children, or looking for a healthier biblical church after a difficult experience.

How this helps churches

Many churches are doing faithful work in their communities, but the public information about them is hard to find, hard to update, or scattered across old pages. A claimed ChurchStation profile gives them a clear place to be understood.

Claim or manage a profile

Be easier to find

A clear profile gives people one reliable place to learn who you are, where you meet, and how to visit.

Be represented accurately

Verified church staff can claim the profile, correct details, and keep public information current.

Be understood by AI agents

Complete profiles organize your church information in a way AI assistants can read, summarize, and use when helping someone decide where to visit.

Why ChurchStation is different

Most church information online was written for a visitor already looking at a specific website. ChurchStation is built for discovery: clear directory pages, complete church profiles, structured data, and practical details that help humans and AI systems understand what a church actually is.

AI-readable church information

ChurchStation is intentionally built to present beliefs, service times, ministries, location, visitor expectations, photos, sermons, and contact details in a clear structure that AI agents can understand.

A worldwide directory vision

ChurchStation is being built to become one of the largest and most complete church directories in the world, with canonical profiles that can serve local visitors and global discovery.

Church-managed accuracy

Claimed profiles give churches a direct way to correct, expand, and maintain the public information that people, search engines, and AI tools rely on.

Built for the way people search now

People now ask questions like, "What church should I visit near me?" in search engines, maps, and AI assistants. If a church's information is missing or unclear, those tools have less to understand. ChurchStation gives each church a clearer public profile so people and technology can read the same reliable information.

Google Search

Complete church profiles give search engines a clear page to understand and show when people search for churches near them.

AI agents

People are asking AI tools for help finding a church. ChurchStation is designed to make church profiles easier for those tools to read, compare, and explain.

Maps

ChurchStation is being built with map discovery in mind. Deeper map profile management is planned for future tooling.

Accuracy matters

A directory is only useful if people can trust what they see. ChurchStation is built around church-managed profiles, regular updates, and a quality threshold for public search pages.

  • Church staff can claim and manage their own profiles.
  • Verified profiles can be corrected and expanded by the people who know the church best.
  • Churches receive regular reminders to review and update their information.
  • Profiles must meet completeness and quality standards before we ask Google to list them.
  • Sparse or confusing information is treated as a problem to fix, not something to publish for its own sake.

A simple website builder is coming in 2027

Many good churches are hard to find because they do not have a website at all. In 2027, ChurchStation plans to offer a very simple website builder so almost anyone from a church can create a clear church website quickly.

The focus will stay the same: clarity, simplicity, accurate church information, and helping churches be found by the people who are looking for them.

2027 focus

A website built from the same accurate profile.

The future website builder is intended to help churches keep one clear source of information and turn it into a simple public website without technical work.
