McIlwain Memorial Presbyterian Church is a Presbyterian Church in America congregation in Pensacola's East Hill neighborhood. Its roots reach back to a Sunday School begun in 1903; the congregation was chartered in 1911 and became a founding PCA church in 1973. David L. McIntosh, Jr. serves as senior pastor. Coastline Calvary Chapel is a non-denominational church in Gulf Breeze that teaches the Bible verse by verse. Westminster Presbyterian Church in Milton is a congregation of the Presbyterian Church in America. First Presbyterian Church of Atmore is a congregation of the Presbyterian Church in America, organized in 1921. Following the March 2025 fire that destroyed its historic sanctuary and annex, the congregation is meeting temporarily on McRae Street while working toward rebuilding.
