Calvary Chapel Oceanside is led by Pastor Dan Leitz and gathers for Saturday evening and Sunday worship centered on loving God, loving people and making disciples. Contemporary music accompanies practical Bible teaching. City Kids, junior-high and high-school ministries serve families, with separate Spanish-language services through CCO Espanol. Adults connect through disciple-making groups, home fellowship and men's, women's, marriage and family ministries. The church offers counseling, recovery and grief support, a food pantry and prison outreach. Parents Day Out and the Calvary Co-op support families with young children and home education.

Come as you are, whether in jeans, sandals or your Sunday best. Worship uses contemporary music with some traditional songs and hymns, followed by practical Bible teaching. Children of any age are welcome in the main sanctuary.
What should families know about children, youth and weekday programs?
City Kids serves infants through fifth grade at all weekend services. Check in near the Welcome Center; doors open fifteen minutes before worship and close twenty minutes after it begins. A parent or guardian must pick up children with the matching sticker. Junior-high students, grades six-eight, join Sunday worship before their upstairs class; there is no Saturday junior-high class. Junior- and high-school youth meet Wednesday 6:00-8:30 PM, with west-side drop-off no earlier than 6:00 PM. City Kids Club begins Wednesday at 6:15 PM. Parents Day Out is a school-year program Monday and Wednesday 9:00 AM-12:30 PM for ages six months through five; confirm eligibility and registration. Calvary Co-op meets on selected Fridays with required parent participation, not as drop-off childcare or an accredited school.
