Calvary Chapel Pasadena
Pasadena, California
Calvary Chapel Pasadena is a Bible-teaching fellowship led by Pastor Xavier Ries. It began as a home Bible study in Alhambra and moved to Pasadena in 1986. Sunday morning and evening worship and Thursday Bible study are joined by children's and youth ministries, men's and women's studies, marriage fellowship and prison outreach. Children from age four through sixth grade receive age-appropriate Bible teaching, while junior and senior high students take part in their own fellowship. Live broadcasts and Spanish audio translation provide additional ways to follow the teaching.
