Christ Presbyterian Church
Christ Presbyterian Church is a Presbyterian Church in America congregation in Owens Cross Roads, Alabama, serving the Hampton Cove and Big Cove area since 2004. Pastor Michael Calvert and the church's elders lead a congregation centered on biblical preaching and worship. Sunday School begins at 9:15 AM, fellowship at 10:00 AM and worship at 10:30 AM. Worship blends traditional hymns and contemporary songs with congregational prayer, Scripture readings, expository preaching and weekly Communion. Nursery care serves ages 0-3; children age 4 and older worship with their families. Children's Sunday School serves toddlers through fifth grade, and youth ministry serves sixth grade through high school.
