Covenant Presbyterian Church is a Presbyterian Church in America congregation in Wheat Ridge and part of the Rocky Mountain Presbytery. Sunday discipleship classes meet at 10:00 AM, morning worship at 11:00 AM and evening worship at 6:00 PM. Worship centers on Scripture reading and preaching, prayer, singing and the sacraments. Adult and youth classes, women's Bible studies and fellowship support the congregation's emphasis on family worship and discipleship. Brad Irick has served as pastor since 2019. The congregation began in Denver in 1937 and moved to its Wheat Ridge building in 1955.

Crossroads Church Denver is a Calvary Chapel congregation in Wheat Ridge. Sunday worship begins at 9:30 and 11:15 AM, and Wednesday Bible study at 6:30 PM. Children's ministry from nursery through fifth grade and Revive for sixth-twelfth graders meet during the 9:30 AM Sunday service. Young adults meet Tuesday evenings, and men's and women's Bible studies meet Thursdays. The 5 & 2 Loaves and Fishes ministry distributes free produce and other food after the second Sunday service. New Heights Baptist Church is an independent Baptist congregation in Wheat Ridge led by Adrian Dominguez. Sunday school begins at 10:00 AM, worship at 11:00 AM and Wednesday Bible study at 7:00 PM. Nursery care serves ages birth through three, with children's classes, a Wednesday Disciples Bible Club and ministry for middle- and high-school students. College and career fellowship, women's Bible studies, Next Step discipleship and New Heights Bible Institute provide further opportunities to study the Bible. Iglesia Bautista Nuevas Alturas serves Spanish-speaking people under Pastor Eddie Urey. Founded in Aurora in 2010, the church now meets across from Panorama Park at 5600 W 33rd Avenue.
