The sermon and congregational singing are in English; portions of the service also use Hawaiian, with spoken elements translated into English. Children of every age join the congregation in worship. A potluck breakfast and the Lord's Supper are part of the first-Sunday gathering each month. The church also provides resources for personal and family worship.

Kauai Baptist Church has served the island since 1981 and gathers for Sunday worship at the Kauai Philippine Cultural Center in Lihue. Services combine traditional and contemporary worship music with verse-by-verse Bible teaching. Keiki Church serves children ages four through seven during the main service, and the Stoked student ministry serves middle- and high-school students. Small groups, one-to-one discipleship and volunteer teams help adults take part in church life. The congregation emphasizes hospitality, faith in Jesus Christ and local and global outreach.
