The World Baptist Fellowship (WBF) was founded by J. Frank Norris, the controversial fundamentalist pastor of First Baptist Church Fort Worth, and formally organized in 1939. Headquartered in Arlington, Texas, the WBF is one of the oldest fundamentalist Baptist fellowships in America, supporting Arlington Baptist College and a worldwide missionary enterprise. Member churches are committed to biblical inerrancy, the King James Bible, soul-winning, and local church autonomy. The WBF connects independent Baptist pastors and missionaries across the United States and in numerous international fields, serving as one of several significant fundamentalist Baptist networks.

Faith Baptist Church

Clermont, Florida

Faith Baptist Church is an independent Baptist congregation in Clermont affiliated with the World Baptist Fellowship. Sunday school begins at 9:00 AM and morning worship at 10:00 AM. Worship includes traditional hymns and Bible preaching. Pastor Joel Shackelford leads the congregation. Wednesday Bible study meets at the church at 10:00 AM, while the 7:00 PM prayer and Bible study is held on Facebook only. The church began in 2004 as Grand Highway Baptist Church and took its current name in 2015 after moving to Johns Lake Road.
