Covenant Presbyterian Church

Covenant Presbyterian Church is a Presbyterian Church in America congregation in historic downtown Fort Smith, planted under John Clayton in 2012. Its Reformed, confessional worship centers on Scripture, the sacraments and prayer. Sunday begins with a light breakfast at 9:00 AM and Sunday School for all ages at 9:30 AM, followed by worship at 10:30 AM. Services include hymns, choral music, Scripture readings, prayer and expository preaching. Nursery care is available during Sunday School and worship, and children are welcomed in the sanctuary. Wednesday Bible study and prayer, music ensembles, men's studies and Covenant Women Connect provide ways to participate during the week. Local and international mission partnerships support foster families, people facing homelessness, campus ministry and church planting.
