Seven Rivers Church meets in Lecanto for Saturday evening and Sunday morning worship. A Presbyterian Church in America congregation, it offers nursery and children's ministries, school-year student gatherings, life groups and ministries for adults in different stages of life. DivorceCare, GriefShare and a care ministry support people facing loss or difficult circumstances. The church also operates Seven Rivers Christian School, serving students from pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade. Brandon Lauranzon serves as senior pastor.

What is available for children and students?
Nursery care serves children from birth through kindergarten. Children in grades one through three begin in worship and may leave for Children's Church before the sermon. During the school year, Edge serves fourth and fifth graders at the Sunday services. Use the west entrance for check-in, which opens 20 minutes before worship. Student Life serves grades six through twelve during the school year. Fall 2026 middle school meets on scheduled Wednesdays from 5:30 to 7:00 PM and high school from 7:00 to 8:30 PM, with no Student Life gathering on October 21. Check the current calendar.
What groups, care ministries and school programs are available?
Life Groups and men's, women's, young-family and seniors' ministries meet on their own schedules. Young adults ages eighteen-twenty-five have selected fall Thursday gatherings and Family Nights; check the calendar for dates. Fall 2026 DivorceCare and GriefShare meet Wednesday, 6:00-7:30 PM, through November 11; DivorceCare childcare serves birth-fifth grade. Check registration and current arrangements. Seven Rivers Christian School serves pre-kindergarten for three-year-olds through twelfth grade, with separate enrollment inquiries. Care ministries offer prayer, meals and hospital visits. Emergency assistance for Citrus County residents is considered case by case, not guaranteed.
